Winner Scheduling Process

To balance flexibility for the winner with the strict operational demands of emergency services, scheduling follows a collaborative process:

  • Foundation Liaison: After winning, a dedicated CRFF point of contact will reach out directly to the winning party.
  • Shift Coordination: The liaison acts as the bridge between the winner and station leadership to find a date that works for both parties.
  • Flexible Availability: While dates are subject to shift availability and open firehouse calendar slots, winners will have a direct say in choosing their preferred evening.
